The second one, it was pretty easy lol, I went to a snowflake quest room to find out the answers and because it says it in the welcome message, it automatically did it for me :D I recommend AceHonestHabbo (http://www.habbo.com/room/36012559)'s quest room.

Not too sure when the quests end, my guess being boxing day but it could go on into the new year. But I Remember a habbo article saying the 16th January is the deadline for snowflakes I think.
