Today's challenge, well, pretty simple. You have twenty-four hours to find the most extravagant gadget that you would like. Think terawatt speakers, robotic santa or diamond encrusted iPhones. Only restriction is that they must either exist or be reasonably feasible for current technology with a budget around the US deficit or in other words several trillion dollars/pounds or 10^100 Zimbabwe dollars.
I'll have a go myself, I would most like (Despite it not entirely existing it yet, only in parts, doable however.) a smart house, a house which detects when the fridge needs refilling, ethernet on every wall, lights dim and turn off when I'm not near them and tells me "I'm sorry Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that" when it doesn't understand a request.
