To get laws all you need to do is get 27 unnoted rune essence, take it to entrana world 66, trade wiv sumbody in red zammy robes who says 'open' and they giv u 27 noted ess and 27 laws.
gd for making money and laws.
just thought id post it seen as ppl say they need.

i done it when i was on rs (4 months ago ish)

i got 1000 laws an hour (teleport to get there faster)

made 1000 a day and used them up in about 30 minutes teleporting to sears village over and over :)

They just want the xp i figured it out cause one of the crafters was my friend b4 they started doing this he told me they only want xp and its easyier if they get people to bring them the ess and they do all have like 5mil ess :p
