Ok so one morning i log into my account and try and get on the hotel and this link shows up: http://www.habbo.com/account/disconnected?reason=banned&origin=popup&id=10
So I keep trying to log into hotel and i still cant but i can only get on the homepage!
Then i try to make a new account and get on hotel and i cant so at first i thought it was ip ban and changed my ip by restarting my router and i still couldnt get on hotel anyone have the same problem? If so please help!

Some people have the same problem. But not me. The client is okay with me. By the way, try to clear your cache and send a message through Habbo Customer Support about your banned account.

it's already been said clear, cache and use a different browser it would work on

I have cleared cache on internet explorer and google chrome then tried to get on client, still doesnt work any other options or should i get firefox and try on there?

Thats really odd, sounds like a catche problem, but its obviously not hmm :/ you tried using help tool?

Yes ive tried ive sent 4 requests in the last 5 days and habbo hasnt responded to any of them btw ive tried to get on client with internet explorer google chrome and firefox cleared cache on all of them reinstalled flash none of that works :l

I heard someone changed their machine id or something to get around it. You only need to send one request through customer support though. It could take a couple of weeks. They might see you as spamming it now.

How to change machine id but i think Mk, helped me if it works i have to wait a couple of days and it will let me make a new account but idk :L

Already tried that I think i have to go on a different computer with a different IP and log onto hotel and see if it works idk though.
