Every time itry and get on hotel it wont let me and this page comes up: http://www.habbo.com/account/disconnected?reason=banned&origin=popup&id=10
I think alot of people have had that happen to them but idk how to fix :l also this problem has been happening for about 6 days now and ive cleared my cache and changed browsers nothing works D: anyone know how to fix it?

Have you tried updating your flash/reinstalling?

When I try and install flash player again it says close the following: Internet Explorer and gplayer and I don't know what gplayer is any help with that?
