Personally i think that it is rock crabs, this is because the have 51 hp's but there only lvl 13 so they dont hit u. wots ur best monster to train on ? ??

i either go to that mage tower in draynor and range the lesser behind the cage or fight hill giants :P

personally i train
in legend guild
in the lost city
because these monsters drop good things and give good xp and the bands are right nxt to the training spot
