I received a reply from my email I sent them, and at the bottom it showed a ip address. I went onto one of these IP address locators, and it located me to the Sulake offices in Berlin, Germany. Maybe google translate your ban appeal into german next time?:)

Oooh, aha. They might be impressed if we did that... as they might actually understand it and understand why we're appealing instead of us having to send it numerous amounts of times until we get someone that speaks good English to understand why we're appealing. It would make sense if we had the .com customer service located in a place that's first language is English... or maybe in a place that .com is for (England, Canada and so on ;)).
