Annoying gifs in mobile skin.

Hi, I'm currently on my iPad using a Internet connection that is reasonably slow. Every time I load up a thread I get these huge gif images in people's signatures that take up about a fifth of my screen when I scroll by them. The avatars are in comparison tiny and none of the usual forum extras (repping, join date, post count, etc) are viewable in this skin.

Now not only are they slowing my pages down and annoying ( even when I'm on a pc), but they are completely pointless for a mobile skin.

Is there a way for me to block these things? Not to single anybody out, but I browse these forums for the posts. Not to see people like Ed Sheeran shaking their head over and over again.

User CP -> Settings -> Thread Display Options -> Visible Post Elements -> Toggle Signatures

On mobile skins you wouldn't really want them loading to be fair! :P
