You don't need to trade them, just make a 720square room and assign a group to that room, then give the person with the slopes admin rights and they can put them down and get you the achievement :D

People are doing it for like 5c - .Limitless did it for me.

You need 160, aha. I'd suggest you'd just make a group, it's a lot easier and you won't really find anyone that would give many. :P
