Android Tablet

So I have I'm going to buy an Android Tablet and since my first attempt did not work, I figured I would buy a tablet from a store and not online. You see what happened was I was going to the Ainol Novo 7 Basic from Amazon.com after searching through a lot of knock-off sites which were all sold out. So I ordered and got the confirmation email and everything. Even the people selling it sent me an email just to confirm. Which I did, so 2 days later I go to check the how it is doing. And it is not there. Now if you have ever ordered from Amazon it says your order and tracking number and all that junk, but it wasn't there. So I went to email and they had canceled. So at that point I was very annoyed and just gave up on buying one from online (BTW the company was Android Touch watch out for them).

***IMPORTANT STUFF*** Up there is just me complaning ^
1. Has to be 7" and up. Preferably not 10.1"
2. Needs to be 8GB and up.
3. Needs to $200 or less. ( Possiably alittle more)
4. Good for gaming and watching videos.
5. I have to be able to buy ethier online from a name brand store (ex. WalMart, Best Buy, ect.) or I can just walk in and buy.
