Ghosts and the paranormal

I thought it would be interesting to have a much more different form of discussion within a thread. A discussion on the paranormal would be a good topic, anyhow do you believe in ghosts and the paranormal, perhaps you would like to share your experiences within this thread, if that is so then that's great.

Creepy, Don't worry I believe you. I've had lots of experiences from hearing voices to seeing shadowy figures, I have been on many investigations and caught many photos with orbs on them, the most amazing experience I have had was when I was on an investigation at a haunted location, and I had actually seen a black shadow move on the wall and everyone else was over the other side of the room at the time, and of course it wasn't me because I was standing still at the time. I have also had stones thrown at me at times by spirits when calling out to them. There are lots of times when you get positive spirits in haunted locations but at times the not so nice/ negative spirits.

Yeah, I do believe in all these ghost etc, just something I've grew up with.

i never really understood the difference between ghosts and spirits? lol i associate ghosts with haunting though. never had any experiences but many other people claim to so i guess there must be something there. i know our mind plays tricks on us but i like to keep open-minded about things. i believe in spirits, i believe in people who can see spirits and i believe we can train to see them but that's all i'm saying.

I used to work at the Adelaide jail, which is a massive prison in my state and hasnt been running for years. But we did tours their and the place has ghosts all over. But nothing bad happens.

Everything else, such as poltergeists = No.

If I ever see one, that could change my opinion. Would rather not see one thought thanks...

i think it much depends on the environment for any phenomena to happen. things which we don't understand may occur and the only seemingly rational thing to do would be to attribute it to paranormal activities. i also think you only see spirits/sense presence of spirits/ghost if you truly believe they exist.

I don't really know. I guess there could be ghosts but I've never seen one so I can't really say I believe in them. Although, I do believe in spirits.

I believe in all the paranormal stuff.
The only 'experience' I've had is seeing weird shadows and weirdly a gust of wind in my bedroom, even though there window was closed and there's no other wind access thingys :3

My mum said she saw a ghost when she was really young and the babysitter (my auntie)didn't believe her. She said he was a man with his head in his arms who floated towards her. She saw it again on a different nightand ran into her mum's bedroom and the ghost followed her. they both hid under the covers and when they looked back it had gone. so yeah I sorta don't want to call my mum and nana a liar but I haven't seen anything so I'ma bit 50/50 on the whole thing.

Of course I am obsessed with spirits since I'm an actual paranormal investigator, and for the 'shadow people' We are talking about spirits showing themselves in the form of shadowy figures. Upon previous investigations I have taken many photos and came back with orbs coloured and just normal white orbs, other things which I can't explain, I've had so many experiences in these investigations I can say it doesn't really scare me, and if you don't believe in the paranormal then you should go on a ghost event, and then you will change your opinion on them.

I may post a few of these photos to show some individuals that there is life to do with spirits out there in these haunted locations, posting photos shortly.

I don't really believe in spirits and ghosts, But I won't completely shut it out. When I see it I will believe it.
