Well, I got a random add from yurre and was a bit confused - but she reminded me of the Habbo Research Lab and how I haven't been there for agesss. So I decided to take a trip there.
Only 5 questions, but the first 4 are generic ones. AND the last one is a simple question about fansites;
"Do you follow Habbo Fansites? if so, which ones"
I think they're definitely interested in Fansites again - maybe this could be leading towards a re-vote in fansites by getting users to suggest which fansites they visit commonly.
I'll place a screenie of the poll question to prove I don't lie ;]

Do you think they're actually interested in fansites again? A re-vote maybe...?
--And now I'm facepalming at how the title should read 'Sulake ARE interested..." >_>---

I doubt a re-vote would take place, maybe take more interest in what fansites are doing and them advertising events for fansites at the moment is part of that. Yurre has been talking to a few staff members from Habbox in the past so I'm not surprised to see her mentioning them really.
I just wish they had the same rules for fansites across all hotels.

I think it's great to see an increase in the relationship between Habbo and the fansites now. I hope it only continues!

Good to see them taking a bit more of an interest in fansites. Something everyone has waited for I guess.

It may improve, but I don't see it getting as good as it was before.
I thought Sulake was only interesting in money and doesn't give a **** about its users as long as they're buying furni?

But with fansites, they don't have to host many events and give out prizes and waste some of their money and instead, the fansites buy the furni to give away in events so tbh, I don't blame them.

I wouldn't say that's showing an interest in fansites. They're probably doing a death count to see which fansites are becoming less and less popular. If anything, they're acknowledging their existence. If they truely care about fansites, they would turn around their decision on VIP (premium services) AND get fansites more involved in the community. Habbo would rather see them dead, than make people use them, even though they are a good way of keeping people interested in a place like Habbo (but Habbo is poorly managed so they lack the capable number of brain cells to notice this).
Its good that they are focusing on fansites again
