Want to learn how to do......

So basically im a bit of a newb when it comes to coding and designing websites ect. I have no idea where to start learning, but basically i wanna learn how to code different languages and learn to graphics design, and tips or hints for me where to start?

Some basic HTML guides is probably where you need to start. I'm not too sure, but i think there are a few guides in the guides sub forum of the technology forum for people just starting off.
