Dear ******,

Your YouTube account ****** might be eligible to earn revenue from the playbacks of your videos.
Making money from your video is easy. Here's how it works: First sign in to your YouTube account. Then, review and complete the steps outlined here:http://www.youtube.com/account_monetization?feature=ieqe.
If your account is enabled, we may place ads next to the videos that you submit for monetisation. You will earn a share of the revenue from the ads, as long as you meet the programme requirements.
Thanks and good luck!

Then when i go to create a new account i get this;

The specified email address is already in use. If you own this AdSense account, please go back and choose 'Use Existing Account' instead.

Then when i go to sign in using my normal email i get this;

http://s.ytimg.com/yt/img/pixel-vfl3z5WfW.gif The AdSense account for this publisher has been disapproved. We do not allow requests on a disapproved AdSense account.

So what can i do?

If your adsense account was disapproved, it could have been because something you tried to make revenue on had some kind of copywritten content in it.. other than that, I'm not really sure..

I currently make revenue on a few of my videos.
