omg what's wrong with my laptop? suddenly, there's this voice saying 'oh my god go away' or something like that. i wasn't loading any videos etc. everything was normal and just out of the blue, something from my laptop screamed omg go away. helpppppp!! is it virus or what?

no seriously. everything was like normal. there were no pop ons etc. i only had fb and hxf on my tabs.

Guys no need for an overreaction, these viruses are stored in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ they put it in the windows folder because you won't suspect it all you need to do is delete the folder.

Seriously, you just have a popup. Viruses these days don't draw attention to themselves they sit on your computer and form a botnet.

Potentially, yes. Some form part of a Botnet, others are log your keystrokes, and some are RATs. That's pretty much your lot.

No, anyone worth their salt sticks with a botnet, that's where the real money is. There is no "RAT" or keylogger here.

Thing is, not everybody knows this. These people may think it's more fun to control people's computers than to have them as a zombie.
