Hey,

I haven't been on Habbo for a while and I decided to try and get the password back, but when I type in the email to send a reactivation email it says it has and I check the email inbox (including spam) and there's nothing there despite it saying its sent one.

What is this and what do I do?

I always get a delay when waiting for the e-mail. It has taken me about 30 minutes before aha :L

I suppose all you can redo is either decide to resend it again, or be more patient... how long have you waited for exactly?

What email is it? Yahoo etc.

Also mine took ages to send, but then I tried sending again and it did it. Odd eh?

Its a blueyonder email, and I tried a few weeks ago a few times and it still didnt send.

o.O If you tried a few weeks ago that's a bit weird :S

I only use the generic emails - gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc. So I'm not quite sure about BlueYonder. All I can suggest is, that if it still does't get sent to you, you'll have to use the dreaded help tool and wait 30 days for a response </3

Unless sam or someone else can shed light on this.

Hmm I suggest making a help request now, then trying anything you can to try reset it. Do you have an alternative email on your email? Could see if it would send to that.

It's been put in place to block out the Javascript hacking method that you need to enter your email to change your password, people are still finding ways around it so it was a waste of time.

My original email stopped receiving emails from habbo so I just had to change my email. There is certain email providers like hotmail they don't recommend.
If you can't remember your pw but know the email and all the other details, send a ticket into customer support. https://help.habbo.com/home

do you receive other email fine on that email account? i'm not 100% sure but i know a lot of [@]@blueyonder[/@] accounts are pretty defunct now.

i tried to get onto my old accounts quite a while ago and the email wasn't sending when it should of, i just gave up though. :(

To be honest with you, I have no idea. I don't really play Habbo anymore. It's a dumb move what they've done it's un-needed
