I honestly think if you're going to do these and show them to us, then you should really consider that we will criticize (hey, i think that's how you spell it) your work. Those colours are awful and don't go well together at all. Maybe try thinking hard about colours and what furniture you're going to use, experiment more and stuff. I really don't like this one (and usually your work is pretty good). Stop rushing into things showing us your work that you haven't put much effort into, we wanna see your really good work!

I didn't do this for habbox or anything, I was bored. That's all, and decided to upload it, it was done quickly and I know the colours don't go well. Plus, if you read my post on the birdbath one, I do look at peoples opinions like I posted and take it into consideration and agree with many posts. I'm just doing this for fun and uploading them, i'm not trying to make things perfect with brilliant colours and brilliant shading and so on.

The red doesn't really go with the blue. Maybe a purple colour would work?

well done for having a go, i can't see any problems with the recolour but you need to think about some of the colours you use tbh. The blue in this is far too bright and doesnt go with the red at all. Well done for trying!

I don't understand why you're saying you take things in and consider them for your next. Recently, this being the 3rd, you've had recolours where both the colours and the items used just don't work well. I'm only trying to advice you on how you can make things better, therefore posting my opinion. Say I made an awful room; posted it, got bad opinions. I wouldn't just read the opinions and ignore them for the next time I make a room, I'd take them all into consideration so I can improve on my next design. Whether that be what it was or something simple like colouring. Surely you'd much rather have some really nice, good opinions about your work rather than people repeating themselves over and over about the same mistakes in your work.

Yes, and I replied to your opinion, and I don't ignore peoples opinions, it's just the fact is i'm not trying to make it look good. I'm just bored and all and making re-colours, and there's no point in just keeping them on my computer, whether there good or not I like to post them. I don't mind getting negative comments, as most of the negative comments I see is also what I thought before. Yeah, i'd love to have good opinions and comments, however i'm not trying to be good, i'm doing something to pass time :P. Just sharing some of the things I make, not trying to make them beautiful for lovely comments. :)

P.S consideration was the wrong word I used there, can't think of a word.. but I see what they mean and how I can improve it a lot more.

I don't see why you'd make something and not just give colour a thought. Colours hardly a big thing and wouldn't take years and years to think about. Even if I was making something out of boredom, I'd try making it look pretty good and chosing the right colours for what I was making lol. I just don't see the point of you making endless threads about your recolours, yeah, they're to cure your boredom but usually people would post in here because they've put time and effort into it and they want feedback on their work because they want to improve.

Surely, if you wanted good feedback, you'd listen to people the first time and then go from their working your way up and improving as you go along.

I didn't say I wanted good feedback nor bad feedback. I said it would be good to get good feedback, the only reason I post my things is because habbox forum is the only site I visit and don't see a point in making alts/recolours good or not, to not be posted. I don't make these for comments, I make them just to be seen as that would be a pretty bad waste of time in my eyes... and colours, i'm not trying to make things look good and the colours don't matter to me, i'm trying to make things look just different to what they originally are.

You're right, this imp looks different to the original. The original was decent and it's colours where thought out, very different to the approach you give things.

Why would you ask for opinions if you couldn't give a **** about them? I know you don't because alt after alt, your colours or something won't be good (yet it could be if you listen). Until then, any feedback to you is pointless.

I like to see what people think. And yes, I like it when people give good comments, at re-colours that I do. and yet again, "your colours or something won't be good (yet it could be if you listen)" Yes, it definitely could be if I listened! But as said plenty of times, probably the 4th time i'm not trying to get good colours.

It looks like someone was massacred from the inside and there blood has splattered upon then window of the imp. But it does need work on the colours purple doesn't go with the blue.

As said, I don't want want good comments, I want them as I enjoy people who say they do actually like it. Whether to those who don't like it I agree in there reasons. I agree why this alt is not good with colours and so on. Yeah, you can enjoy yourself without posting it on a forum? You're gonna get some comments saying you need to improve and stuff, and usually people would take them into account and work on them. I believe you're like the only person I know who just is so stubborn when it comes down to bad criticism. You need to improve or I'll continue to keep on pointing out the faults in your work, and then we'll repeat something like this in every thread. Listen to what people are saying. I'm sure people don't want to see their comments completed ignored and then see you make another thread with another recolour which isn't very good.

AND I KNOW YOU'RE SAYING ''I don't want it to be good'', ''I just enjoy making them'' or ''I don't care if the colours are good, it's for fun''. Yeah, you may not care, but it's damn annoying when people see threads that are work with the same errors.

Criticize, point out faults in my work, I don't mind. And the reason I post here is because as I said before in my comments and I may not use what people give me tips on - however I do like to see HOW I could improve and what people actually think.

And if I am actually honest - I don't think I could even do much better. I'm useless at choosing out colours and everything anyway, so either way it'd probably end up with the same comments :P

Just a word of advice - Take all criticism and use it to make your self better. When I make websites / logos etc etc. I ASK for what they don't like about it before what they do like because then you can work on improving it to make it not just good but great!

I know some people can be a bit harsh with what they say but just use that to make your work better & don't argue :P

In my opinion it's not an argument, more of a debate. I'm not trying to make my work good or improve it, as said I really appreciate peoples oppinions and see why they say that. I just like to do things myself, and it's not something I exactly want to practise and get good at, I just do it for enjoyment.

I honestly think if you used a darker shade of red it would look like you spent hours on it, but as you were doing it for the sake of doing it, I think it's really good and better than most of the people on here can do!

for god sake, i'm clearly not getting through to you. I don't care about the colors I use - because I just enjoy changing it! I would use green brown pink blue all in one picture if I wanted as I enjoy it! lol
