I am getting really annoyed with people who keep posting about people that have been " Hacked " There is no possible way for this to happen.... I can see about 100 people replying to this threa now saying " what about MSG " and " Im a Stupid Noob " If you say this it means .... YOU are the noob MSG Only accessed Mods accounts through Housekeeping and Hobbas Too. As for your " Friends " Who Have Been " Hacked " They are probably to embarressed to admitt they fell for some dumb scam and are probably just trying to cover it up by putting [[MSG] in their mission ( i apologise if that is wrong ) and saying oh no! i've been hacked! Open your eyes People! You Have nothing to fear from MSG If you keep worrying then YOU will be the once to get Haked.... Thanks For Listening

When people refer to the instance of a moderators account being hacked, they are just simplifying a term. Alot of people could say "Hacked, owned, keylogged, violated, molested" and there are many other terms users refer to when having their accounts accessed or stolen. A moderator is keylogged, the "hacker" retrieves other users account information by changing the email adresses of the users that he wants to "own" and then logs onto their account taking / deleting / stealing / whatever he wants. Some users had their accounts accessed by an intruder while others also find themselves keylogged, the victim of a fake Habbo Hotel site, and others where a friend knew their password. Doesn't matter what you want to call it, alot of people, and certain people that I know had their accounts hijacked when they did what they could to protect themselves..

There currently is no need to worry, but who could fully trust a company that does that to people. No one would ever let their guard down to Habbo now. People don't trust them. If moderators and staff can prevent people from taking over the company then everyone would be pretty safe.

i always thought that the term "Hacked" Means - Is where He Or She accesses somthing without the owners permission using programs which automatically find the users password and the user can enter the account and change it without the owners knowledge?

keylogging isnt a form of hacking.

Hack is a computer term, but the general meaning of it is to obtain unauthroized access to information or property / assets. I suppose you could mentally hack into someones mind.

I never stated that keylogging is a form of hacking. But even though I didn't state that, read the statement above. You can generalize many things with a term such as "Hack".

Hacking means more. Read a full definition

Yes but it is impossible for someone to gain somebodys pass without the user of the account downloading somthing , giving away info , visiting scam sites! people have been warned yet people still seem to think it is possible to get free creds , un-keylogged " scripting " progs from websites. people should know that 99% of all habbo stuff is infected these days

I don't need to read a definition because if someone takes your stuff, you can classify it as stealing, hacking, intruding, tresspassing. It's simple, you don't need to be a genius and certainly don't need to understand the intelligent definition of what it means to be hacked. If someone takes your information from Habbo Hotel and gives it to someone whom is unauthroized, what would you classify it as?

I don't research words, and I was giving my own personal view on an obviously complex term.
