I just noticed this when I logged in but I'm not sure when it was added. Maybe it's a step in the right direction?

think it's a step in the right direction considering how many people complain about their quality of customer service. might just be an aesthetic though to make us look like they're interested.

Noticed this yesterday, but wasn't sure if it was new or not :P. It's a good way of seeing how people think about the service they're getting.

Should be good to recognise what types if requests people are more unsatisfied with (and to see which staff have the best success rate)

Shame most people will choose bad for situations that were handled well but didn't unban someone

Hasn't come up for me... Waiting 17 days on my ticket. Ridiculous.
Just seen they had a faq notice saying expect slow replies cos they are really behind.

Hopefully they should received a few 'no that didn't help' and do something about it!

Good that your request is solved, mine has been there for 22 days (they said that there will be a delay in the reply but they said within 3 weeks), really sad.
