msn wireless problem?

I made a thread a while back about me having the error '8007000e' which I think I still have. I've registered files, deleted contacts folder, uninstalled and reinstalled msn various times. I've just done troubleshoot again, since Im using wireless on my laptop the wireless should be ticked right? My sister has exactly the same laptop and shes using msn on wireless and her msn has been fine from day 1. This is what comes up:

Ignore the wireless tick, if it can see the Default gateway and IP, I suspect it's fine.

try installing that. i know it's not necessarily for windows live (it's for windows player and a lot of other windows programs) but it might be linked.
