The person dealing with my help request has only now decided to ban me, after I submitted a ticket saying my account was compromised - 48 days ago. I did then reply saying I had the account back, but they decided to ignore that and ban me :(! Should be unbanned soon anyway, but it's annoying that they never seem to read everything I write.

Oh christ Luke lol what a bummer! Hopefully it won't be as long this time. Hopefully the feedback from their little poll on the help site will help too.
habbo mods are stupid, they never read anything sent in tbh. hope you get your account back soon!

This is the reason that comes up:
You have been banned! The reason for the ban is "Please write to Habbo Help tool for more information about this ban." The ban will expire at 7/4/23 8:57 PM (GMT +0000) Eastern Time.

Funny how they let me revert an eXpert account I don't own but they don't let people get their own accounts back... Weird bunch!

I remember when a certain male staff member was in charge of customer service on the British Habbo right before the merge. I couldn't stand him and always had trouble with support when he was replying. I was hoping that things would get better after the merge although I never had a way to check up since I moved full time to Habbo France but it doesn't sound like things are any quicker or logical. I hope they work out their customer service department soon.

Wtf, the reason they gave you was kind of stupid but anyway, I hope you get the account back and put your point across about the ban.
