View Full Version : Panic Prevention - Ends 23rd February

As you may (or may not) know, I'm an actor and being an actor means lots of dreaded auditions. Horrible little situations where you walk into a room full of judgemental people and try to impress them all using only your body and your voice: they're terrifying. Before auditions I always get super nervous and I have to find a way to channel my nerves or my whole audition piece goes terribly wrong. For this competition I want you to come up with a way to calm myself down before an audition, the one I think will work best will win :) Good luck!

Don't be, they are just people, and if you get shot down, so what? They are just people, but um I guess you could draw a smiley face on your hand and have him say to you 'It's gunna be FINE! Stop worrying man! Also, if you get this part think of how awesome it's going to be! Try your best buddy!'
Urm something like that
Thing about how proud you will feel after. Everyone who knew you were nervous will come up and congratulate you and make you feel special. Also make sure you know what you're going to say and how you are going to start off the speech. Thats what i do and it works for me.

There are to two fantastic ways to put you in a calm state the first one is illegal and involves a green plant, the second one rhymes with masticate (True Fact, Masticate means to chew food)
You asked, I delivered.
