Paypal - Bank

I didnt know where to post this, just needed some help.

If i receive some money in my paypal account & my bank is allready linked. Can i just go to the bank when i receive the money and take it out straight away? or do i have to transfer it to my bank or will i have to wait ?

Yeh it said 2-3 working days for me, Wasnt sure if it went through staright away. Thanks for help;
