OMFG CHINOS

On friday my school had an Non-Uniform day for Operation Orphan and no joke everyone was wearing chinos! ALL THE BOYS & ALL THE GIRLS! I was there in my jeans and jumper looking like a total ****! But what did make me laugh was that one person had short weekends on LOLZ!

So are Chinos the 'NEW' Skinny Jeans?

Chinos are like really hot but it's a bit awkward if you wear those desert coloured chinos while meeting a guy and he's wearing the same. Lads suit chinos but girls just look like idiots. Coloured skinny jeans for the win.

Technically fashion is what you make it - You can still look good and be comfortable. I do agree with Becca though Chino's on females.. No thanks. If you're getting Chino's just because everyone else is wearing them.. I don't think you should.

I agree with this statement also. As for the question you asked.. I wouldn't wear a Poo-brown Onesie for the pure fact they remind me of baby-grow's. Also I never said Chino's weren't comfortable. If you find them comfortable then go ahead and by all means wear them, I just don't like the Idea of people wearing things they aren't comfortable in.

I tried my sisters Chinos on when she bought some from Primark in Blackpool and I just do not suit them at all. I just wear whatevers comfortable, I am not a Sheep.

I do wear jeans but it's not like you're going to get half the population of your school or wherever you live wearing the same style. The reason why I don't like Chino's is because of the fact that everyone wears the same kind. I wouldn't mind them as much if they wore different colours, instead of the green/brown-ish ones.

If too many people wear them in such a short space of time they're bound to get boring. Jeans have been around for a while, it's different.

I heard about the chino problem in the UK. If it ever gets that big in the US I don't think I'll follow suit. I think guys fashion especially has gotten out of hand, where as classy and suave use to be the most important element to any guys wardrobe, it seems to have now reverted to flamboyancy and pretentiousness.

You'll mostly find me wearing normal trousers and a shirt, tie, jacket optional. I do weep for the world of fashion when males become involved though. I'd like to just add a picture here.

I have 3 pairs of chinos, Grey Green & Purple. I only wear them cause I find them comfier than jeans/skinny jeans but I do have more pairs of them than my chinos. I usually wear them with braces/suspenders cause yeah I like them ;3 There are a lot of other fashion items that are quite popular at the moment tbf its not just chinos like a lot of people wear Vans or Converse now and are getting ear stretchers, its just fashion coming back around. Since my dad used to wear chinos and theirequivalentto Converse, bumper boots I think they used to be called, when he was younger. It always happens you either love the fashion trend and be what people call a 'sheep' or be your own 'individual' which is still technically being a sheep because everyone trys to be individual and say they are being individual when in fact they are following the 'I'm going to be individual trend' if you get me xD
