James - you've been a HRVR for as long as I can remember, and I can't believe you've gone this way :'(. It's such a shame and although I'm sure there is a valid reason, I thank you for all of the effort you've put in to the RV department :)!
As for Ross and Chels, congratulations and good luck in your new roles :D! Well done to those who passed their trials, as well :).
