I think vBulletin is a lot better. It is easy for us style, modify. I like the editors, and i basicly know everything on it, and how it works.

You say vB is better, but doesn't it have the same possibly less features than IPB?! As next week my mum said she will kindly buy me a license, or give me the money to buy the license.

IM a strong IPB support, 1.3 i still think can rival VB's latest, and as ive said before, the 2.x versions blow VB out of the water :D

Actually, when it comes to modding and stlying, vB is better. You could make whole styles without images in a few mins.

No IPB is better I can make a style in a few mins without images :D IPB is way better than IPB. I desided to go for a IPB 2.0.4 over VB and I have never looked back.

I dont see the point in these wot do u think i should buy vb or ipb beacuse there are loads of threads and ever one says ipb, and 1 reason people say ipb is better is beacuse you can use a 2.0.4 trial so u can see all the functions while on vbulletin the only way you can find out what it is like you have to buy it

incorrect, both boards have a online trail version, (athogh with a few feture offline) so are testable to anyone who wants to "/

I was going to say that Mentor, i prefer the demo of IPB, it shows practiacly all that it has etc .. if they done an offer on vB i would proberly buy it, due to the look of it and a few people think it's better, but like i said, it's IPB for me ;)
