Ok,

I don't ever eat breakfast - I simply do not have time and to me It's never been a really important issue for me (yes Ik it's the most important meal of the day >.<) so I just skip it all the time. But, occasionally (like once every few weeks) I manage to find time and consider having a breakfast - but when I eat something for breakfast e.g. toast, I end up feeling incredibly full/sick/bloated.

It's a real pain - it happens with anything I eat in the morning. I've eaten half a biscuit before at about 8 and felt like my stomach was going to explode >.<. I suppose my body has just adapted to not needing breakfast :L

Does anyone else get/ Has anyone else had this - I've met about 2 others who've had the same issue before but not so bad that they feel like they're gonna throw up.

Oh, yes! I am exactly the same. I only drink coffee in the mornings.

Yeah, I tend not to eat early for those reasons. :( Sometimes I will force myself, but mostly I will wait until lunch.

I have the same problem. I usually only drink coke/coffee in the morning an snack throughout the day if I can. However, that's usually because I forget to eat or don't have the time to and then it ruins my routine and I can't get back to having normal meals and I have to really push myself to

I don't have breakfast anyway and by the time I wake up on a weekend it's already mid-day if not later so it's just lunch.

i never used to eat breakfast in school and couldn't get used to it either, it'd make me feel sick but i forced myself to. what i do is half my breakfast like i'll have half a weetabix and a cup of tea as soon as i wake up cause that's all i stomach then an hour or two later i'll have something else. that's only really good if you have time though i suppose.

i have to wait around an hour when i wake up before i can eat breakfast. dairy makes me feel sick in the mornings and i essentially force myself to eat something in the morning so my stomach doesn't rumble in my lectures lmao. if my stomach didn't rumble, i wouldn't have breakfast tbf, cba.

I've never eaten breakfast because I simply hate it.
Whenever I eat it, I do end up feeling terrible like you do.

I remember a couple of months back when I actually did throw up.

Yeah I do the same I hardly EVER have breakfast, the only time I will have breakfast religiously is when I'm on holiday. I never really have lunch either... I just tend to snack during the day and then have my main meal at night. But yeah I only have a cup of coffee in the mornings.

On a college morning I manage to eat toast and a cuppa tea to get myself awake. In the holidays then I just wake up around midday and make cereal :)

i have breakfast every single day, it speeds up yr metabolism which ultimately makes stuff a lot better. i exercise straight after breakfast too. maybe yr breakfast just isn't right. try a bowl of cereal instead of a biscuit (i have special k e'rryyday.)

I don't eat breakfast as well, i just can't find any time to do that, i have to wake up and quickly rush to the school. If i drink a cup of milk before 7am, it makes me feels bloated and it's really hard for me concentrate and listen to what the teacher is saying :(

I always feel ill when eating early in the morning. I can eat a bowl of cereal as fast as the next guy but when it gets to breakfast, it takes too long due to that fact.

I kind of feel the other way around. I have to have a piece of toast or something in the morning to stop me from feeling sick at the start of the day, haha.

Yea I never eat breakfast and if I eat things in the morning I feel sick. If I do take breakfasty type foods, they're always around lunch.

Might be because you got so used to and trained your body not to eat breakfast so then when you do you end up feeling sick because its something your body isn't used to.

I tend to wait to till my break at school (10:15) and then have something, however small it may be.
