Well, basically
My mum has cancer she's had it for about the past year. College know about it and all, I can talk to them whenever i'm like stressed or anything, But things haven't been great.
Is it possible to drop out of college for maybe a year or two then restart?

Totally up to your college. It's not unheard of, but it's not common either.

Well yes I'd say, but if you start the course when you're over 18 or 19 I think it costs, but I may be mistaken.

In the UK you will have to pay tuition fees once you are 19, unless you are studying a first qualification at level 2, which would entitle you to an Adult Learners Grant.

When my mum had cancer my sister managed to stay at college but it did affect her grades. You would have to pay when you get to 19, maybe you could drop a subject to make it easier
i think it may be better for you to get special consideration from yr exam board rather than leave college all together.
