Dunno if it's news and sorry if not, but I was searching callie and entered to this room and saw her dropping furnis. WHY she wanna remove them? :s
theres gold rollers and disco sign and many others..lol

edit: she made many rooms "To Delete", locked,and kicked us all =]

Maybe the fact is that callie makes all these different rooms and changes them regulaly and after a period of time she acumilates a load of rubbish basically. So instead of keeping her hand full and having rooms full of random furni she just deletes it then gets what he wants from her magic cat when and where she needs it.

It doesen't really harm here deleting it, she can get it all back, Probably just to stop her hand and rooms getting cluttered, if you know what I mean - It's not really a big deal, furniture is furniture, friendship and courage is another.

She can't giveaway the furnis. It will ruin her sells. Every furni she giveaway reduce money to her because you could buy the furni and not get it for free.
