Err.. I've never really been a big trader but I remember the days when I got thrones for like 95 HCs.. woo. Well of course I remember when they were 15 HC but I never had the furniture to spare! :P

I remember when HCs were 13c each!!! The have gone down iin value by a lot :(

It was so cute because they were around 10c during one of my holidays and I spent absolutely ages in my casino and furni shop... just trying to get coins however I could. As soon as I had 10c, I'd go straight out to a furni shop and buy a HC! That's how I saved enough for my first thrones, hahaha.

One of the greatest trade is actually in that article, 35 black holes for 12c. However, before the merge I managed to get an Orange tree for 5c. I also remember selling my Super Rare Yellow Rug (was about 16 hc at the time) and the Orange Tree was the same price so I traded the Rug for the Orange Tree and because many Habbos were loyal to Habbox values back then, me and the trader refreshed Habbox after the sale and found the Orange Tree had just been updated to 18 hc :D!

HC's were 13-15c.

Haha yeah, I remember the Black Holes were hard to sell. I was selling 3 for 4c, no one bought for 2 days, no one seemed interested then bus load piled up at my shop wanting them.

Oh another deal I got which was better than most of mine before was getting a Totem Head and Totem Leg for 5c (for borh) before merge, a lovely friend called Adam (x-Avenger) knew how much I paid and regardless of that he bought for about 16hc or 18hc or 28hc one of those :P!

Three trades which come to mind, all on the UK hotel as since the merge, I've had nothing but bad luck :P!
- Buying a green oriental screen for 1T and selling it the next day for 4T (then being offered 6T.. But I'd already sold it :P).
- I did also decide to invest in an ICM set when all ICM prices were fairly low, and made around 10T profit from reselling them not too long after.
- When blue pillows first came out, I collected them and then sold my collection (of about 50?) for 13T and soon after their value plummeted, which was lucky for me :P.

Back in the day when HC sofas were 14c, they tried doing the quick scam on me and gave me 2 paddling pools which were like 20c each at the time or something and I beat the scammer to it and made a huge profit.

Oh I sold a Dicemaster other month for 12c, they were only worth 4/5.

Also got a Sand Dragon for 4c (resold 22c.), Volturi Chair for 3c (resold 12c), Love Carp for 5c (resold 7c) and some other stuff yesterday.

in 2005 i won some big competition at habbohut with becs (anyone remember her, sob) and i won like 4 thrones and i sold them off for like 30 hcs when a hc was worth 25 rubber duckiezzzz. was gr8.

I remember when the black iced furni was only in the cata for a month or something and I bought at least 2 of each and after a while I sold them all for about 50c :D Brilliant profit.

I never really seem to get any fabulous deals, I'm usually the one giving those deals because I'm desperate to sell stuff (like when I did a 24 for 1c shop....). Anyway, I guess I haven't got any great deals other than when I got a petal patch for 14c, but that's not a huge profit. There have been times when I could have got these profits but I just didn't really want to get the better of someone, so I mostly tell people that they're selling it too cheap unless the person it belongs to is annoying and I would like to some how get a profit from that person.
