Habbo stacking question

Okay so I wanted to stack a Yellow buoy corner on a disk to put on roller but it won't let me. It will stack perfectly when it's not on a roller but other then that it won't when it's on one. Did habbo change this feature? I want to stack onto a water patch. Please help!

Use two rollers. Drop the buoy onto the CD just as its moving. That should do it! :)
