I was wondering if stories for the "Tell me a story" that exceed over 200 words are still eligible, because I had to cut down to exactly 200 - and then there are those much longer. I do not want my story to be thought bad of because of the short length (even if it is exactly 200 words) comparing to those over 200. So I was wondering if even those over 200 words are eligible, for they may be given better scores due to impressive lengths.
Thanks!

Hey Eric :)
Good question. Many of the members who have entered have failed to read the requirements of the story :(. Some have failed to use any hobba/habbo staff names. Others have failed to use five characters. I have even changed the number of words from 150 to 200 ideally. I feel sorry for Properclone who I asked to judge this competition. On the other hand, if so many have failed to meet the story requirements, then it may have been made easier for Properclone to judge. The competition does say ideally around 200 words. I am sure had you used 220 etc. we wouldn't have disqualified you. We just didn't want anyone writing volumes. Good luck to you ;)
At the end of the day I am sure it's the story that has all if not most of the requirements that is also interesting too, that will be chosen as the winner, whether it has 100 or 225 words :)

Thanks MissAlice, that cleared up a lot! I just hope that stories that were over 300 words won't be rated as well, for they will have a much more advantage for telling a good story - with more length. However, I really appreciate you answering my queries! :)
