Right, if you read my other thread on my 22 hour response from customer support, you would have known that 1 of accounts received a permanent ban quite a while ago and I've been attempting to get it unbanned (because it was banned unfairly) for quite a while now.

So, I just checked and it has been unbanned (woo) and the customer support staff placed the issue as resolved. But they had the absolute nerve to do this;

"
Hello,Thank you for your contacting Habbo.We have reviewed our records and the account of which you are inquiring does not appear to be banned. If the ban was less than 7 days, it has since expired.Yours,Habbo.com Customer Support"

That is just absolute *******. I mean, fair enough thanks for unbanning me but they're not even prepared to admit they made an mistake the last 3 times they refuted my un-ban appeals. They've tried to make it seem as if it was 100% my fault and that I was stupid enough to not realise I hadn't had a permanent ban. I even checked about a day before the ticket was "solved" and it was definitely permed - until 2021.

Urgh, glad my account is back but straight forward lying is just horrific.

Habbo Staff are not perfect and certainly with the recent advents of team cut news at Sulake you would expect a higher workload for the average customer support representative. Be thankful that you were unbanned this quickly - others have to wait much longer for unfair perms to be resolved, often months. Don't sweat the small stuff, basically, or Habbo will never be fun for you.

This request was quick compared to others :P - I said quite briefly (or I didn't , too tired to read my post again) that I'd waited a long time. I last sent a request about 9 months ago and just got fed up with the useless responses. I've waited nearly 2 years - hardly quick :L

Ah, I see. I didn't read the old thread for more details. In any case, congrats on having your account back!

think staff have been quite rapid of recent actually, my perm ban got overturned within 3 weeks which i was quite happy about :)

Out-sourced workers likely along with automated services. There's no heart in Sulake, it's all money money money like with most businesses to be honest.

When I appealed JerseyShores ban they replied the day after it got unbanned with that.

It seems as though they can't be bothered sorting out accounts banned for no reason, so just wait it out and say they are busy.

Quite a few permed accounts have been unbanned recently which were unfairly banned, the exact same happend to my account NY^ last week.

The first person who read my review I suspect was not even a person (automatic message -.-). They sent me a message saying that I needed to wait 3-4 months to appeal an unban, when I had already stated I'd waited over 1.5 years XL

"Katharina" was the one who claimed I never got banned >.<, think I've received a few tickets from her as well.

EXACT thing happened to me.

My account got perm banned for an inappropriate name (even though it wasn't bad...), I appealed, it got unbanned eventually, but I got that message.

It's like, instead of saying that you could've said 'Your account is now unbanned' or something..
