Facebook chat now blocking links?

Seems to me facebook chat is now blocking links. Has anyone else noticed this - one contact I've noticed it didn't block anything.

What do you think of this - it's a good idea to prevent spam/abuse but awkward when just wanting to share important links e.g. work related and so on

certain links have always been blocked, porn, free tv sites, movie links, download links.

idk, just sent my friend a link like 10 seconds ago and was fine...

weird it seems working again - but I was sending a link to a facebook page a legal one and it wouldn't work so i tried other links with other contacts and they wouldn't work to. However I can only see 2 chats open at a time these days so wouldn't be surprised if facebook are having a mess about with a few things

Everything is fine. But i think it's good for them to block inappropriate websites like porn.

i never use fb chat. but it's good if they are stopping bad websites.

nah think it was a bug as it was blocking all links at one point.
