Not too sure really. If you've forgotten all your stuff then it might be hard to prove who you actually are

What you should do is send them a copy of some sort of photo ID, i know my friend had to do this when his Facebook account was hacked.

I've got to a point where it says i can get it back through my friends which is good, if it worked;

The only way to prove that this is your account is to show that your friends know you.More (https://www.facebook.com/guardian/intro.php?cuid=AYgjjVVnK1DT85e4tsZS-cZ3s5r2jUoIvYuuBM8pLMrFEQRSFLJUHsChdu99FPEHtXe5wNm t8SL5MRBE4I1o5rcaT39qpjHNkCAWkg40amHly4wjApiGktXUR 05iYEh-9Z8&email=ross.david.jenkins%40smstopaypal.com#)Learn more
For your security, before we reset your password we need to make sure this is your account. With a few minutes of help from your friends, you can be back in your Facebook account within 24 hours.
Why involve friends?
For your privacy and security, and for the benefit of the entire Facebook community, we want to make sure no one gets into your Facebook account by impersonating you. Unlike challenge questions or email messages that could be hacked or scammed, it is very difficult to impersonate you on the phone (and impossible in person).
Detailed overview of the process
We'll help you choose a few trusted friends to help you prove this is your account. Your friends will receive security codes from Facebook. All you need to do is call these friends, collect your codes, and follow our instructions to submit the codes and reset your password.
After you submit your security codes there will be a 24-hour waiting period before you can log into Facebook. This waiting period is an extra precaution to protect you.
Security warning
It's a crime to impersonate someone and access their account under false pretenses. If anyone other than you starts this process, they could face serious legal consequences.

You'll need to:
Step 1Choose 3 trusted friends
Step 2Call your friends to get security codes.
Step 3Recover your account.
This process takes a few minutes for your friends.

Then when i click Continue it says this;

Sorry, your account is temporarily unavailable.
Please log in to www.facebook.com from a computer and follow the instructions given.

Any ideas? Considering im on a computer...
