the acting is terrible
the script feels like it's been written by someone who reads too much daily mail
the plot alone is rubbish
and the characters are just very poor takes on boring stereotypes

Yeah I do :P I saw it constantly being advertised so I thought I would watch it and also some people mentioned it at school too. It's not that bad but it ain't brilliant either!

I watched a clip on YouTube and it was quite cute! I love learned about British culture. I heard Ellie Goulding in the background, too. It seems like an entertaining show. Can anyone tell me the answer to the following question? Someone showed me some British program a year or so ago and I was watching clips on YT. It had me laughing so hard. The premise was a bunch of obese people in a fat loss support group with this really snippy group leader who made jabs at everyone. There was a lady from Asia who had an accent and the group leader kept poking fun at that. I just thought it was really well written. I want to see it again!

You clearly haven't watched much television, the acting in the show is absolutely fine, I notice no mistakes in their acting, so that to me jumps out as good acting. I also think they do quite well in some scenes.

I think the writing is fantastically British, it addresses the points of realism and emotion while still getting the humour across.

Personally I've found it quite amusing and I've added it to my watchlist because I've been that amused by it.
