I saw that new toolbar on a different hotel the other day - might have been the portugese one, I forgot :P

Also, to add to my previous post, it's so annoying the new icon. I keep mistaking it for the navigator and therefore i keep walking to the door (unless I notice and click somewhere else) instead of bringing up the list of rooms aha.

I'll probably get used to it though - I got used to the new mute button... but realised like 3 days ago that it got removed :P

I'd actually quite enjoy the idea of a Twitter widget on the hotel view - would definitely bring the client to a more updated version :P - I expect if they were to do that, it would probably be released in the Illumina (if they decided to place a Twitter widget) aha.

I like where they are going with it, the right hand side looks okay but the two other sections of the hotel view need some tweeking to make it look more neater. The tool bar looks great too!

First up, we have a brand new Hotel view! It's still in its initial stage and we'll be refining and developing it more as the weeks go by. The new view is part of an ongoing project to feature more content within the site rather than on the website.

There was a shift a couple of years ago with the introduction of logging in through the website, Habbo homes and Habbo groups - it seemed like they were trying to make everything more site based at the time.

Now it looks like they're reverting back to the original design and I think it's a lot better now they're putting everything on the client again. It's just like the "old days" where you just need one window open to enjoy the full experience. You can already see they've been attempting it over the past few months by putting the credits page and groups on the client. It's only a matter of time before it's all reinstated! :)
