Haburb is an international fansite which strives to bring you some of the best competitions, events, radio shows and quality entertainment out there, in the world of Habbo!

Haburb opened in June of 2011, and since then we've gone up and up, but now, it's time for something a new, a change, quite a big one. It's Version 3.

We've been working since the end of 2011 to create a great new layout, something people will like, something which will help draw people into the site, and we hope we've done the right thing with the new layout.

Haburb Forum is powered by MyBB, yes, MyBB isn't the best, but let's face it, i'd rather be running a forum off MyBB at the moment, with all the hacking's related to vBulletin.

It sounds like you have been working very hard on this launch and I wish you all the best success! On that note, though, why do fansite owners think that four tiny thumbnails in a row are interesting or valuable 'previews' of a site. Certainly, if you have been working on the site as long as you have, you could show us a bit more of what is about to be launched. Don't take that the wrong way, I just never got that. Anyways, again, good luck!

It's different... What's wrong with trying something different?

Has anyone used it? If so what questions do they actually ask :s

Yes, people have used it.

General questions, can't really specify as we have a mixture of questions asked.

I laughed when I saw the live support. You're taking away the activity from the forum which in turn will make this fansite fail just like the rest. Excuse the pessimism but it gets boring seeing these fansite threads appearing week in week out.

I fail to see how we're taking forum activity away? Live Support is mainly there for use during Giveaways, people rarely use the forum to contact an administrator to answer a question in all honesty, hence why Live Support was put in place...

The live support thing is just useless, It does take forum performance away in terms of if theres a glitch on your site etc they wont post etc, I just fail to see any use or point to it.

Live Support's here to help out the people who are more confused, or have visited the site for the first time. Regulars of the site still use the Forum for issues.

Thanks! See you there?

We sorted out mic issues, and not much we could do about DDoS, we did the best we could to prevent it and it took them a while before it went down, they we're DDoSing from about 5:45 pm.
