Can anyone find me the law in which it says that anyone working under a hearsay agreement for a site cannot be sacked immediatly, or ''instant dismissal''. If this does occur, the person can claim the domain and all hosting and a fine - This would be usefull

Thank You

I doubt it exists as it sounds a pretty stupid law and aslong as the site isnt paying you then you cant really do anything. It sounds like your on a revenge trip to me "/

The law does sound a bit fishy, but as Splinter said, if you are not being paid I dont think you can do anything if the rule is real because you haven't exactly lost anything.

you have all the normal legal options that you would for being sacked for any job quite oviosluy, but helping out on a site is not a offical job, nore is being admin or mod, unless your being payed and have a contract of some sort "/

Depends if the person is from Italy or somewhere else that I can't think of, as a HearSay or a spoken contract there is as legal as a writen one.

Part of the idea is that it uses Hear Say

So basically you are fighting a losing battle, trying to claim everything that isn't yours. Because they accused you of something.
