The following has been happening when you have tried inserting an image into a post:
Before:
http://mattgarner.net/upload/images/xrmRj.png
After:
http://mattgarner.net/upload/images/lvkDG.png
You had to untick the checkbox before inserting the URL and then clicking ok otherwise the image would not actually be inserted into the post. This has now been disabled and there should no longer be a box for you to tick.
