This. Also when you search (and if it works) only 4 pages load, is that an error or intentional?

or you get random threads from like 2010 that don't even mention what you have searched for
oh wait or is that what were actually complaining about

has it actually ever worked? it's soooooo annoying when you're trying to find a thread you remember from ages ago but the search tool just FAILS YOU TIME AND TIME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
sometimes it does work!! and i used to be able to find things but other times. it's most annoying if yr like management (even though that's not the case now) and you needed to find whether someone had resigned or been sacked, took forever.

I know Matt restored a lot of the threads to the search feature a while back and it involved him having to sit and wait for ages whilst a large number of threads were added to it or something. I know a lot are still missing though and there are huge chunks of threads the search feature cannot locate. It worked at one point a couple of years ago, but I know its always been a bit dodgy. Would be good if there was a solution to repair it fully! :) I was trying to update the Important Dates thread a while back and trying to locate the dates where AGM's resigned/were promoted etc was basically impossible with the search feature in its current state.

When I've searched in the past quite recently it's only shown threads since about 4 months ago which isn't great. :(

Could I have some terms you have put into the search feature and has failed to bring up results? I can't promise a fix but I will do what I did a few months ago which improved it slightly.
Also when I click on the find user's latest posts thing, it's all muddled up and doesn't show latest posts like it should. Like last time I clicked on a username and it showed posts from 2010, when I knew latest posts were only a few days ago.

Do you know which user this was? Haven't seen it myself but it has been a problem in the past in terms of recent posts not showing up on there.

I blame HotelUser.
Annoying as **** that this doesn't work, couldn't find my old graphics threads.
