I've always liked playing poker, and while games of 21 and the like are fun, they do get kind of old. I've had this idea in my head for awhile and finally figured out how it would work. So I finally got it up and made today. The main game of the room is what I call Habbo Holdem.
Here is how you play Habbo Holdem
In my room you can play for fun or you can make bets. The play is the same either way.
You're trying to get the best 5 card hand. The dealer will roll the 5 dice. And then each player will roll their dice. Like the game Texas Holdem, you'll use your two dice (cards) and the dealers's dice to try to make the best 5 card hand. The player with the best hand wins.
Betting is played the same way basically. Each player pays the dealer the same amount of furni (3 creds, 5 creds, HC... whatever) to build the pot and then they play. The player with the best hand wins the pot. In case of a tie each habbo that tied recieves their furni back.
The hands and examples of them:
5 of a kind............. 3 3 3 3 3
4 of a kind............. 2 2 2 2 5
Fullhouse............... 3 3 3 6 6
Straight (High)........ 2 3 4 5 6
Straight (Low)........ 1 2 3 4 5
3 of a kind............. 5 5 5 2 3
2 Pair.................... 6 6 1 1 4
1 Pair.................... 3 3 1 2 6
High card............... 6 2 3 4 1
And that's pretty much Habbo Holdem.
You can also ask to play the usual casino games as well if you'd like. I just wanted to try something new.
And remember. If you don't want to bet, you can play for fun as long as other players aren't betting.
