I was permanently banned from Habbo for Scamming Ban: Permanent.
I haven't scammed anyone, and have been falsely accused.

Anyone know any good ways to appeal the ban?

Thanks :]

Emailing Habbo usually works but not gonna lie, you don't normally get falsely banned.

You need to play Habbo more often ;) loads of pointless bans now. Not saying this was or wasn't pointless but many are getting banned over petty things and sometimes they do nothing.

Submit a request, or wait for the Habbo Council, I'm sure they can help :).

Appeal and just say that you are innocent, all you can do.
I've been permed since september last year for the same thing. Turns out there is 'stolen furni' on my account which I had no idea about.. how do they expect people to know if something is stolen or not when trading.. been appealing ever since and they just aren't helpful so it may take you a while, but I'm sure they'll unban you in the end.

Should rant at Paul on Twitter, maybe you'll get special treatment like FieryCold

Anyway, mods reply quicker nowadays but it could be due to what your help request is. Good luck in getting your account back.

If he is innocent and hasn't done anything then they're obliged to unban him no matter how crap the customer support staff are now. I was banned on one of my accounts the other day for 'offering to sell my account' when all I did is repeat something that my sister told me in real life, I explained the situation and they looked into it fairly quickly and unbanned me.

I sympathise with people who do get unfairly banned because it's so wrong and shouldn't even be happening. Like I've said countless times the moderation team is so terrible. Take a look at these two screenshots and just see for yourself how the MODs love to contradict themselves and really do not have a clue what they're doing:

Them screenshots just prove how terrible moderation is within the hotel so I really wouldn't be surprised if this guy is 100% innocent.

But yeah send a help tool request and just explain that you're not happy for receiving an unfair ban and demand them to investigate it. If they reply saying you can't get an unban tell them you're going to take the issue further and you'd like them to explain why you're banned. They should look into it properly though and unban your account if it's an unfair ban.
