I am opening a new site called Plus Teens. I am wondering what things should I have on the site to keep customers happy.

My target customers are between the ages of 12-17. (The Teen years.)
Basically I would like to know what you would like to see.

I have the following all ready
- Forum
- Image Uploading
- Online Gaming page. (You can play games online basically like via our site., I know it aint a new thing to be able to play games but I didn't know how else to word it.)

I need to know what other things would teens like to have on the site.

Plus if you would like to like us or even follow us on our social networking site then please do.

Everyone likes winning things, do competitions to win, vouchers, electronic devices anything you can get your hands on with reasonable quality and value (so not things like second hand ipods)

A word of wisdom for you, don't try to do too much at once or you will rapidly regret it.

Start with the forum & Arcade, do competitions based on posts/arcade scores and reward with iPods and such.

That'll get users interested, don't fill your site with adverts either 'cause that'll put your potential users off before they've even signed up.

Have some kind of rewards system that's based on posts and then put a store where users can sell their rewards points for items like comical T-Shirts etc.

That's how I used to run my forum anyways.
