Can anyone trade £10 Paypal for £10 instant bank transfer?

I've done this with tons of people before, I'll send you the money via paypal then you send the same amount via instant bank transfer. If you can do this today I'll most likely ask you to transfer more in the future, and I'll provide profit for you each time :)

When I first set up my paypal my pin was locked so had to do it by bank transfer but now I'm trying to set up direct and it's taking bloody ages to do the verification

Yes, that's exactly what I'm doing.

Paypal disabled my bank last year for forgetting to pay my Spotify subscription. I can't remove or add my bank account to another Paypal account either. This is my only way of transferring money.
