When you are in your own room, click yourself and where it has the menu pop up (like where you click change looks) is should say decorate or something

I use this a lot when moving furni around, but its a pain when doing wired!

I never use it because I don't make rooms. 1 of my friends finds it very useful though, he stacks 24/7.

Ok it's like 6 months (I checked) :(. That's close enough to a year for me. But still, a long time to not notice it.
