Had to squeeze that title in.
Do any of you keep a journal/diary/what ever you want to call it + If not, do you think there's anything wrong with it?
I started a journal (I say journal because diary sounds a bit more feminine) a few weeks ago, and in all honesty, it helps me a lot. It gives me the ability to write down everything I'm really pissed about without me having to rage at someone's face, it's basically helped my emotions quite a lot lol. It can also give me the chance to look back and see some of the good memories I had aha.
I use mine to write down just my feelings mainly as opposed to a recollection of my day, but there is still some of that stuff in there. But yeah, it's just a big stress-reliever for me somehow.
So... yet again, Do any of you keep a journal/diary/what ever you want to call it + If not, do you think there's anything wrong with it?
nah i dont, i used to but i got bored with it. theres nought wrong with keeping one but i just dont have the concentration to keep one

I used to when I was about 8, but I soon got bored of it.
I suppose I also don't have the time to keep one anymore.
There's nothing wrong with keeping one, though!

Urm not really, I keep a secret blog kind of thing though and occasionally will post on there and just ramble on about stuff (nobodies ever seen it apart from me) I hardly do that though, only like once every six months when I randomly feel like it, it makes me laugh reading some of my old posts and how naive I was though :D
No I don't think there's anything wrong with keeping a journal, why would there be? :S

No I don't. I hate the idea of someone stumbling across it and reading it. I prefer to keep my thoughts in my head, where there's no risk of anyone finding them but me! But that's just my opinion.. :P
I remember starting a few times but I failed to keep it up everyday, so I just gave up. Nothing wrong with it at all.

I don't keep one, only for the fact I'd only use it to record times when I'm feeling at my worse and it's not something I'd want to keep reminding myself of. Saying that I most probably should record every aspect of my life due to my awful memory.
I couldn't see why anyone would begrudge someone for keeping a record, seeing as it wouldn't be affecting anyone.
I say you guys post some of your earliest diary entries, right now.
Yea I started keeping a Journal the first time I went to Uganda. There is a bunch of random things in there like quote pages or this thing my friends did, where everyone got a piece of paper and you write a nice comment on it, so each person ended up with about 30 anon comments on it. It's so cute and lovely to read back on. I usually just write in it when I have a lot on my mind and need to unload.

There's nothing wrong with it. I don't have a diary, although I wish I did start one, because I can never remember anything.

I used to have a blog, and I attempted to keep a journal, but eventually I gave up. I was basically rambling and simply wrote too much, and was reluctant to mention anything bad that I wouldn't want to come back and read, so it was rather pointless as an overall chronicle of my life. I don't think there's anything wrong with keeping one, though. Sometimes when I have a really good day, I write down what happened because I want to keep it in my memory forever.
I always used to get a diary for Xmas and I'd write in it for about 2 weeks and forget about it. As much as I'd love to be able to keep one to look back on it, I'll just always forget about it or won't bother. Also I'd be terrified if anyone found it and read it, they'd seriously think I'm screwed up and probably end up hating me.

I don't have one, no. I've attempted but I end up giving up with it. I do have a personal blog that only like one person can see that I use to rent and stuff sometimes but it's rare, I usually just post pictures that relate to how I feel.
I see nothing wrong with keeping one either, if it helps or whatever then go for it.
