Parasols should defiantly be worth less, they dont have much use and they're not uncommon now
most people just collect them
And Study desks should be way higher
they're very difficult to get by HC, as you have to wait 11 months for them
and they look great in any room, even if its empty
I'd say a parasol set should be worth 12.5 HCs and a Study Desk should be worth 8 HCs
