I can't login to my old account? :c

I stopped playing like two years ago and now I want to play again but I can't log into my old character. I looked more into this and found out that a merge happened a while ago and it seems that I missed it. I made a new account and tried to add my old character on the new account, but apparently that character is already registered on another account. I'm so confused and I don't know what to do! I know my character still exists because I found it on the website and am currently looking at its profile :| How can I log into it? Someone please help! D:

Have you tried resetting your password? Stupid as it sounds, you didn't mention it so I thought I'd suggest it. If that doesn't work you can try and contact habbo and see if they can help.

As you said you missed the merge so you won't get your account. I would assume that they deleted that account eventually meaning someone else could of registered it? Or does it still say that it was registered when you actually registered it. You can give it a go and get in touch with Habbo but I'm not entirely sure if they will give it to you back or not! https://help.habbo.com/home

If you're last login was 2 years ago, then your account has probably been deleted. They did a mass delete about a year after the Hotel Merge meaning your name would have become available again + all your account details removed.

But as Jordan said, try the help tool lol.

Check the registration date on the profile of ur old account, and if it's not the one you remember then it's likely it was deleted and somebody else has registered more recently using the same name...

I would do what Lee said, if your account is under a year old (or just over as the first name deletion was 7th April) then I would kiss your account good bye as someone else registered it.

However, you were warned through methods and everyone had over a year to merge their accounts, it's a pity if it has been deleted though! If your account is the one you stopped playing on years ago, has the same name, same sign up date then I would suggest informing Habbo! Also, your name might have a '$' on the end or something like that if it wasn't as popular as the others.

What country did you sign up originally on Habbo? If it was .COM then your account shouldn't have been deleted as they didn't delete the unmerged ones from there.
