Got a Xbox - Game suggestions

I've got a Xbox lying in a massive Amazon box in my mum and dad's room ready for my birthday on Wednesday and i'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what games I should get with it? My brother has a Xbox so I've played GTA IV and completed it but apart from that I've not really played console games since I stopped using my Playstation 2 haha.

It depends what sort of games you're into really! :P If you like GTA then you would probably quite enjoy Saints Row The Third! :)

skyrim is an excellent game. There's DLCs coming out for it soon too :)

Portal 2 is good as well if you're into puzzle sorta games

you have definitely got to get red dead redemption if you haven't played/completed it already. it's amazing.

Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption, all three Gears of War games and LA Noire are probably my favourite 360 games
Also, get the Mass Effect games, the first is terrible but the other two are amazing

Oh I had LA Noire and found it quite fun too! Its kind of like GTA a bit but I felt it was more mission based haha. Was a lot of stories and stuff in it though which I found a bit boring.
